Follow the steps below to register for your chosen program. \n\n\n<h5>Step 1 \u2014 Create an Account &amp; Verify Your Email<\/h5>\nClick the <strong>Register<\/strong> button in the navigation menu, fill in your basic details, then check your inbox to verify your email address. The verification link is valid for 24 hours. \n<blockquote><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Already have an account?<\/strong> Simply log in and continue to Step 2.<\/blockquote>\n\n<h5>Step 2 \u2014 Complete Your Student Profile<\/h5>\nAfter logging in, go to <strong>My Profile<\/strong> and fill in all three tabs completely:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Student Data<\/strong> \u2014 personal information, contact details, and current education level<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Parent Data<\/strong> \u2014 father&#8217;s and mother&#8217;s information (required for all programs)<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Academic &amp; Program Data<\/strong> \u2014 school history, grades, and program preference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nUpload all required documents in each tab. Accepted formats are <strong>JPG, PNG, or PDF<\/strong>, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per file. \n<blockquote><strong>\ud83d\udccb General documents to prepare:<\/strong>\nRecent passport photo (4\u00d76, red or blue background) \u00b7 Student ID card scan \u00b7 Father&#8217;s &amp; mother&#8217;s ID card scans \u00b7 Family card (Kartu Keluarga) scan \u00b7 High school diploma scan \u00b7 Grade 12 report card \u00b7 SKHUN \u00b7 German language certificate (if available)\n\n\n<em>Additional document requirements vary by program \u2014 see the detail page of the program you are applying to.<\/em><\/blockquote>\n\n<h5>Step 3 \u2014 Submit Your Profile for Review<\/h5>\nOnce all data has been filled in and documents uploaded, click the <strong>Submit for Review<\/strong> button at the bottom of the Profile page. The YIJ team will verify the completeness and accuracy of your information. \n<ul>\n \t<li>The review process takes <strong>1\u20133 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>You will receive an <strong>email notification<\/strong> when your profile is approved or requires changes<\/li>\n \t<li>If any information is incomplete, make the corrections based on the admin&#8217;s notes and resubmit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5>Step 4 \u2014 Choose &amp; Register for a Program<\/h5>\nOnce your profile is approved, go to the <strong>Programs<\/strong> page, select the program that suits you, and click <strong>Register Now<\/strong>.\n\nPlease read the program detail page carefully before registering to find out:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Registration schedule &amp; class start date<\/li>\n \t<li>Tuition fee<\/li>\n \t<li>Program-specific document requirements<\/li>\n \t<li>Selection process (if an entrance test is required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5>Step 5 \u2014 Complete Your Payment<\/h5>\nAfter registering for a program, you will be directed to the payment page. Transfer the tuition fee to the YIJ bank account shown, then: \n<ol>\n \t<li>Go to <strong>My Registrations<\/strong> in your account<\/li>\n \t<li>Click <strong>Upload Payment Proof<\/strong> on the relevant registration<\/li>\n \t<li>Enter the transfer date, amount, and attach a photo or scan of your transfer receipt<\/li>\n \t<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/strong> Registration is only considered complete once payment has been confirmed by the YIJ team. Keep your transfer receipt. Payments not confirmed before the deadline will result in your registration being cancelled.  <\/blockquote>\n\n<h5>Step 6 \u2014 Await Confirmation &amp; Class Schedule<\/h5>\nOnce your payment proof has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email containing your class schedule, location, and everything you need to prepare before the first day.\n\nMonitor your inbox (including the <em>Spam\/Junk<\/em> folder) and make sure <strong>info@yayasanindonesiajerman.com<\/strong> is added to your trusted senders list.\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n<h5>Important Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h5>\n<ul>\n \t<li>YIJ only processes registrations submitted through this official website.<\/li>\n \t<li>YIJ is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of third-party services acting on behalf of YIJ or guaranteeing admission without a proper selection process.<\/li>\n \t<li>All uploaded documents must be authentic and valid.
