How to Register for a YIJ Program

The registration process at Yayasan Indonesia Jerman (YIJ) is fully online. Follow the steps below to register for your chosen program.
Step 1 — Create an Account & Verify Your Email
Click the Register button in the navigation menu, fill in your basic details, then check your inbox to verify your email address. The verification link is valid for 24 hours.
💡 Already have an account? Simply log in and continue to Step 2.
Step 2 — Complete Your Student Profile
After logging in, go to My Profile and fill in all three tabs completely:
  • Student Data — personal information, contact details, and current education level
  • Parent Data — father’s and mother’s information (required for all programs)
  • Academic & Program Data — school history, grades, and program preference
Upload all required documents in each tab. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, or PDF, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per file.
📋 General documents to prepare: Recent passport photo (4×6, red or blue background) · Student ID card scan · Father’s & mother’s ID card scans · Family card (Kartu Keluarga) scan · High school diploma scan · Grade 12 report card · SKHUN · German language certificate (if available) Additional document requirements vary by program — see the detail page of the program you are applying to.
Step 3 — Submit Your Profile for Review
Once all data has been filled in and documents uploaded, click the Submit for Review button at the bottom of the Profile page. The YIJ team will verify the completeness and accuracy of your information.
  • The review process takes 1–3 business days
  • You will receive an email notification when your profile is approved or requires changes
  • If any information is incomplete, make the corrections based on the admin’s notes and resubmit
Step 4 — Choose & Register for a Program
Once your profile is approved, go to the Programs page, select the program that suits you, and click Register Now. Please read the program detail page carefully before registering to find out:
  • Registration schedule & class start date
  • Tuition fee
  • Program-specific document requirements
  • Selection process (if an entrance test is required)
Step 5 — Complete Your Payment
After registering for a program, you will be directed to the payment page. Transfer the tuition fee to the YIJ bank account shown, then:
  1. Go to My Registrations in your account
  2. Click Upload Payment Proof on the relevant registration
  3. Enter the transfer date, amount, and attach a photo or scan of your transfer receipt
  4. Click Submit
⚠️ Important: Registration is only considered complete once payment has been confirmed by the YIJ team. Keep your transfer receipt. Payments not confirmed before the deadline will result in your registration being cancelled.
Step 6 — Await Confirmation & Class Schedule
Once your payment proof has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email containing your class schedule, location, and everything you need to prepare before the first day. Monitor your inbox (including the Spam/Junk folder) and make sure info@yayasanindonesiajerman.com is added to your trusted senders list.
Important Terms & Conditions
  • YIJ only processes registrations submitted through this official website.
  • YIJ is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of third-party services acting on behalf of YIJ or guaranteeing admission without a proper selection process.
  • All uploaded documents must be authentic and valid. Falsified documents will result in immediate cancellation of registration with no refund.
  • Documents submitted become part of YIJ’s records and cannot be returned.
