1. Authenticity of High School Graduation Documents

The applicant confirms that they are currently enrolled in or have completed high school education. Should any high school graduation documents submitted under the applicant’s name be found to be falsified, invalid, or unofficial, YIJ reserves the right to cancel the applicant’s admission. The applicant agrees that no refund of any payments made will be issued in such cases.

2. Compliance with YIJ Regulations

Upon being accepted as a YIJ student, the applicant agrees to comply with YIJ’s Code of Conduct, General Academic Regulations, and all other rules and policies in effect within the YIJ environment.

3. Prohibited Substances Policy

Upon being accepted as a YIJ student, the applicant fully acknowledges and agrees to YIJ’s policy regarding the possession, use, and distribution of illegal substances, including but not limited to:

1. Illegal substances such as narcotics, stimulants, sleeping pills, opium, sedatives, anesthetics, and marijuana are strictly prohibited on YIJ premises.
2. Students found to be using, storing, or purchasing psychotropic substances and/or other addictive substances will be subject to immediate expulsion from YIJ.
3. Students found to be distributing or selling psychotropic substances and/or other addictive substances will be expelled from YIJ and reported to the authorities.
4. YIJ management is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and overseeing all procedures related to this policy, in coordination with relevant YIJ officials.

4. Changes to Terms & Conditions

YIJ reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time as part of its commitment to improving the experience for its users. Users are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be reflected in the revision date shown at the bottom of this page.

If YIJ makes any material changes, appropriate notice will be given in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
